Bull City Burger and Brewery is a locally owned, independent restaurant and craft brewery opened in March 2011. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner 7 days per week with approximately 90 seats. MISSION STATEMENT AND CORE VALUES 1. To create a destination burger restaurant which is considered one of the great burger establishments in the US. 2. To create an environment where employees are satisfied with their work and proud to be an employee. 3. To run a sustainable restaurant sourcing from local farmers and to produce as many of the menu ingredients as possible. 4. To create world-class, authentic, true-to-style, freshly brewed beer in an environmentally efficient, low impact brewery. 5. To serve only pasture-raised beef. We will close before serving corn fed beef. 6. To support the community which supports the restaurant and to support other local, independent businesses. 7. To share our love of artisan food through brand extensions and off-premises sales of our goods.
