Brick & Fire serves up brick oven pizza, as well as the usual fare of Italian cuisine. They have a good selection of pizza's and pasta. Their pizza are excellent! A nice change up from a typical NY style pizza that everyone strives to offer, but it is on the heavy side. One thing that stuck out immediately was the quality of the mozzarella cheese on this pizza. It has that thick, gooey consistency that has you looking forward to each bite. The crust is buttery and golden brown. Definitely one of the freshest, tastiest pizzas in town.
